Flu shots, COVID-19, pneumonia, tetanus, RSV, shingles, HPV (Gardasil 9), hepatitis A (Havrix), hepatitis B (Engerix-B), hepatitis A & B (Twinrix), typhoid and travel vaccines. Flu, COVID-19, pneumonia, tetanus and RSV vaccines are publicly funded for eligible Albertans; the others are private, and many health plans reimburse them.

You can walk in, but booking online guarantees your time and takes about a minute. You can book for up to seven family members at once.

They are seasonal: online booking runs from early October to the end of April. We give flu shots from age 5 and COVID-19 vaccines from age 12; younger children are vaccinated through Alberta Health Services public health clinics.

Usually less than 10 minutes per prescription. If there is a discrepancy on the prescription or with your insurance, it can take longer while we verify it with your prescriber.

Yes. Use PharmaConnect on the web or on your phone to order refills, check your prescription status and get notified when it is ready. You can also call us.

Yes. Transferring your prescriptions and your whole file takes about five minutes. Contact us and we will take care of it with your old pharmacy.

No. Prescription prices, markups and dispensing fees are regulated in Alberta, so they are the same across the province.

No. Discounts and rewards on prescription medications are not allowed under Alberta regulations. We do have regular promotions on vitamins and over-the-counter products, including for seniors.

Yes. Delivery is free when you fill three or more prescriptions with us.

To check that your therapy is safe and effective, your pharmacist considers the conditions being treated, your symptoms, the medications you take, lab results, lifestyle factors and treatment options.

Yes. Pharmacists are licensed, regulated healthcare professionals and medication experts. With access to your medication history, they are well placed to make sure your treatment is safe and appropriate, and to spot interactions or allergies.

Yes. Our pharmacists hold Additional Prescribing Authorization from the Alberta College of Pharmacy. They can assess and treat many minor ailments and renew ongoing prescriptions.

Book online in about a minute: choose assessment and prescribing, a travel consultation, a medication review or a point-of-care test, then pick a time. We take up to 10 consultations a day, and walk-ins are always welcome.

Strep throat, urinary tract infection, COVID-19 and influenza A & B, with results in minutes. Tests are $25 each, paid at the pharmacy. If treatment is appropriate, our prescribing pharmacist can often prescribe at the same visit.

Eight weeks before you leave is ideal, and three to six weeks still works well for most trips. If you leave within two weeks, please call the pharmacy instead of booking online so we can fit you in sooner.

We take prescriptions and orders for compounds and have them prepared by an accredited compounding partner, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Most compounds can be billed directly to insurance where your plan covers them.

Yes: pain relievers, cough and cold medicines, vitamins, supplements, herbal products and medical supplies such as blood pressure monitors and diabetes testing supplies.
